How to use

B.D.84 should be sprayed from approximately 30-50cm onto the belt. Slip may still be noticed initially on heavy drive equipment or because of excess Oil and Grease. When the solution has been evenly distributed over the whole surface, long lasting pulley to belt adhesion will occur.

How to use

How to use

The Benefits

Flowglass provides a protective film that prevents the need for heavy swabbing of glass moulds during start up and subsequent swabbing over long periods.

Where to use

Flowglass is specially formulated for the glass bottle industry for use on bottle moulds saving precious down time of production during start up.

How to use

Flowglass should be applied by spraying an even, thin coating from a distance of 15-20cm in to the mould. Protective film should be allowed to dry naturally prior to use of the mould for 2 to 4 hours at room temperature for best result. (Ensure that the surface of the mould to be coated is completely clean, dry and free from oil or grease.) A light burnishing of the film prior to use will enhance the products performance. When ready for use moulds may be pre-heated in the normal manner prior to fitting to machinery.
