Belt Dressing

Where to use

• B.D.84 is recommended for use in all industries with belt driven equipment including, Garages, Road transport, Engineering outlets, Food factories and Bottling plants with Conveyer belts, Industrial fans, “V” belts and Pulleys that require regular servicing to ensure consistent, full power performance.
• B.D.84 can be used as a Non-Slip product on Stairways, Chequer plates and anywhere with problem “Slip” areas.

How to use

B.D.84 should be sprayed from approximately 30-50cm onto the belt. Slip may still be noticed initially on heavy drive equipment or because of excess Oil and Grease. When the solution has been evenly distributed over the whole surface, long lasting pulley to belt adhesion will occur.

Cockpit Spray Aerosol

Versatile multiple surface polish…

The Benefits

• Cockpit Spray restores, cleans and conditions all types of surfaces, including vinyl, plastics, wood, chrome, stainless steel and glass resulting in a “new look” finish.
• Cockpit Spray also provides a lubricant for locks, hinges, door catches, rubber, metals and all moving parts.

Where to use

Cockpit Spray with all round cleaning capabilities for many different surfaces found in fork truck and motor vehicle cockpits it is used by fork truck servicing companies, valet’s and other vehicle maintenance companies. Such a versatile product is also used by outlets with their own cleaning division, private cleaning contractors and office cleaning as a multiple surface polish.

How to use

Cockpit Spray should be held 8” to 10” from the surface to be cleaned and sprayed evenly. Do not over spray as a little goes a long way. Use a clean cloth to polish and remove excess.

Dri-Lube Aerosol

P.T.F.E. Lubricant

Designed to give a High temperature, Semi-permanent, mould release coating.

The Benefits

• Dri-Lube with its Resin binder gives a Semi-permanent, Non-stick coating.
• Dri-Lube has an extremely low coefficient of friction
• Dri-Lube gives continual release, even at high temperatures.
• Dri-Lube is very economical. A light spray is all that is required to create a Non-adhesive, Non-abrasive surface.
• Dri-Lube should be used where presentation is of paramount importance.
• Dri-Lube will be touch dry in within 20-30 seconds of application.

Where to use

Dri-Lube is recommended for use where clean, unstained, mould release is important including, Electronics assembly, Laminating, Zip manufacture and anywhere high temperature release is required.

How to use

Dri-Lube is very easy to use. Spray onto a clean dry surface from approximately 18-25cm and allow to dry. Do not over spray.

Flowglass Aerosol

Mould Pre-Treatment Spray

The Benefits

Flowglass provides a protective film that prevents the need for heavy swabbing of glass moulds during start up and subsequent swabbing over long periods.

Where to use

Flowglass is specially formulated for the glass bottle industry for use on bottle moulds saving precious down time of production during start up.

How to use

Flowglass should be applied by spraying an even, thin coating from a distance of 15-20cm in to the mould. Protective film should be allowed to dry naturally prior to use of the mould for 2 to 4 hours at room temperature for best result. (Ensure that the surface of the mould to be coated is completely clean, dry and free from oil or grease.) A light burnishing of the film prior to use will enhance the products performance. When ready for use moulds may be pre-heated in the normal manner prior to fitting to machinery.
